Admission procedures

IMA requires that the following forms must be on file for each child before the child attending school:

Admission policy

Children between the ages of 3  through 5 will be admitted to a full-time or part-time program at Iqra Montessori Academy. All children are to be interviewed by the director as a prerequisite for admission. It is mandatory that all children must be toilet trained. The school reserves the right at any time to dismiss a child who does not adhere to the policies and standards of the school. The school will review the admission of a child after the first month and has the right to make a decision as to whether that child is fit for our program.

NOTE: If you wish to withdraw your child from the program mid-year for any reason, IMA will require a 30-day notice. 30% of full tuition will be required to withdraw the child from the program after the first day of school or 30% of the remaining balance if withdrawing in the middle of the school year. Any concerns or special circumstances should first be discussed with the administration to resolve the issue.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The monthly payments run for ten months. Regardless of the number of weeks in any month, the amount is the same (vacations, holidays, partial months). Tuition will not be waived for any vacations taken during the school year. The payments should be made promptly on the first of each month. A late fee of $25 will be added to tuition if tuition isn’t paid by the 5th of the month. Tuition must be paid through Brightwheel.
